Romans Series Conclusion
Romans 8 - The Groanings and the Glory
Through Jesus Christ, God created a new way to live by releasing believers from the over-bearing burden of Law. In Romans 7:6, Paul introduces the idea of a “new way to serve.” (living today) He continues in Romans 8 to describe the new culture, atmosphere and environment of "serving in the new way of the Spirit and not in the old way of the written code." (Romans 7:6). Living by the “new way of the Spirit” is completely consistent with "reigning in this life" (Romans 5:17) through Jesus Christ.
